Emergencies

Please call 01743 624123 if you have an emergency. We are available 24 hours a day including bank holidays and can respond within 1 hour (subject to availability).

Estimates can be given over the phone but if any further work is required a price will be agreed before any further work commences. Once the emergency situation has been assessed we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. If non-stocked parts or materials are required the work will be made temporarily safe and then we would return the same or following day to completely fix the emergency. We work cleanly and efficiently with minimal disruption and will always ensure we leave customer homes spotless. Carpet protectors are always used and we hoover up after every job to keep your home spotless from start to finish.
