Whitfield Plumbing, Heating & Cooling are based at Battlefield Enterprise Park in Shrewsbury (SY1 3FB) and are looking to recruit a new office-based Sales Manager with some experience working within the construction, plumbing, heating and cooling sectors.

Established in 2013, we are a family-run business that focuses on delivering the best possible service for our customers throughout Shropshire, Cheshire & Staffordshire.

Job Responsibilities

  • – Handle day to day sales calls and enquiries
  • – Maintain lead to sale conversion standards
  • – Track turn over, profits and targets
  • – Help grow the business by winning more business

What are we looking for?

  • – Natural born seller
  • – Excellent telephone manner with experience selling over the phone
  • – Genuine interest and/or experience working within the construction, plumbing, heating and cooling sectors
  • – Excellent communication skills
  • – Team player that loves to see the whole team succeed and the business thrive
  • – Someone who wants to work in a growing independent family run and fast paced Plumbing, Heating & Cooling business

  • – Boilers, Gas, LPG, Oil, Unvented Cylinders, Underfloor, Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning
  • – Boiler Breakdowns, Servicing, Repairs & Installations
  • – Emergency Plumbing & Heating Repairs
  • – General Plumbing Repairs
  • – Homeowner & Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
  • – Gas Cooker/Hob Installations & Safety Checks
  • – Gas Fire Servicing
  • – Central Heating Power Flushing
