Engineer was excellent serviced the boiler no fuss no mess all good

We required a replacement part to reconnect our gas cooker as it was leaking gas. We contacted Whitfields and got a prompt reply and quote. They arrived first thing the next day to fit it. Thorough checks were made to ensure all was working and safe. They were very polite and were very happy to answer questions.

We were extremely happy with the work carried out by your company yesterday. The booking and information system was very efficient and informative. Jove and his colleague were charming and knowledgeable, arriving when they said they would and completing all the work much more thoroughly than had ever been done before. We really felt we had confidence in their work and would certainly recommend your company to others. Although more expensive than previous services by others we felt it was fair value for money. Thank you.

Jove did a great job installing the bathroom taps, even giving the main stopcock a tweak as it had an occasional drip. Everything left clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend.

Really friendly guys, we were doing up our project house when we came across a pipe that we were unsure about, we had a workman booked for the day that needed to confirm if there was or wasn’t gas in the pipe before carrying out the work - thankfully the guys came out almost straight away and were able to clarify this for us - their speedy response meant the workman could carry on with the works and we were able to stay on schedule with the renovation. I will be definitely using them moving forward 🙂 thanks guys!

Excellent service throughout, from the moment I contacted the company I was met with pure professionalism. The guys were able to fit me in the next day to replace a broken water heater. They even provided tracking to show the guys on route to my location. They arrived early and got straight to work and even located a leak which they repaired at the same time. Once they’d finished, the work area was left clean and tidy. Both guys were extremely professional and courteous throughout. We will definitely be contacting this company again should we ever need plumbing work in the future!

I’m very happy with the service provided by Whitfield Plumbing Heating and Cooling. They came out very promptly to determine the cause of my problem (no hot water and unable to reset boiler), and after determining that I needed a new boiler they were able to schedule the install very quickly. Jove was so thorough in his work, analysing the problem and providing me with good explanations of what was going on and what was needed. He and George let me know when they would arrive, worked efficiently, were so polite and friendly and left everything in a clean and tidy state. I highly recommend Whitfield and will be using them for any future heating and plumbing needs.

Top quality workmanship in evidence when Elliot installed additional outside tap. Paid attention to detail, very clean worker. Punctual and polite . Elliot went above and beyond. Would definitely use again.

I was very happy with the boiler service. This is my 2nd year with Whitfield Plumbing and the engineers on both occasions have been excellent. Very friendly, very professional, happy to answer any questions and give advice. I would certainly recommend. I have only given 4 stars because of their booking system. I agreed a date then received a text saying the engineer would arrive some time between 7am - 6pm, but that I would receive another text on the day when the engineer was on his way. Come on Whitfield. I’m sure you can do better than this. I would think there are many people, like myself, who can’t keep an 11 hour day free waiting for a boiler service. I walked my dog at 6am to make sure I was back by 7am! I do hope, if I book next year, you can at least offer me a morning or an afternoon appointment. I was lucky this time, the engineer arrived about 9am and I was able to get on with the rest of my day.

Both members of Whitfield team who dealt with our hot water system were punctual,courteous and efficient.Highly recommended.
