Great customer service and organisation. Felt reassured from the first phone call despite it being a bigger company than I would normally use abs their central base was some distance away. , however I was reassured they were a family run business who had several engineers covering the area including the rural location I live in…. In fact they were just 25 mins away! George the engineer from Whitfields was professional, organised and very knowledgeable and was able to sort out an issue I had had for a while with my oil powered boiler after identifying it needed a one way valve and new tiger loop fitting. I would certainly recommend them. Although the coat seemed quite high it involved several hours work, including quite a bit of detective work trying to work out what the problem was and parts and I think overall the price matches the quality of service received and a job well done. The boiler is still working a month down the line no issues after 6 weeks of repeated call outs to other local plumbers . I was also impressed by the politeness and professionalism of George’s apprentice who assisted. I would certainly use Whitfields again and recommend them to others. Thank you.

Used many times after moving into our new house, always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Easy to book our yearly UFH service and boiler check, definitely a go to company for us.

6 days from first contact through "Worcester Bosch" and a new boiler was fitted! Excellent professional/attitude and service, very respectful/ clean working, polite and very knowledgeable! Superb service. On a personal note as a former time served engineer, it was a pleasure so see somebody being given a "proper apprenticeship" and training. Worth 5* every day of the week.

Rang for boiler service, came out same day😀let me know he was on his way, carried out full service gave advice, about leaking radiator which has now stopped, quick and efficient, have used before and fitted present boiler I am very happy to recommend them.

We required a replacement part to reconnect our gas cooker as it was leaking gas. We contacted Whitfields and got a prompt reply and quote. They arrived first thing the next day to fit it. Thorough checks were made to ensure all was working and safe. They were very polite and were very happy to answer questions.

We were extremely happy with the work carried out by your company yesterday. The booking and information system was very efficient and informative. Jove and his colleague were charming and knowledgeable, arriving when they said they would and completing all the work much more thoroughly than had ever been done before. We really felt we had confidence in their work and would certainly recommend your company to others. Although more expensive than previous services by others we felt it was fair value for money. Jove did a great job installing the bathroom taps, even giving the main stopcock a tweak as it had an occasional drip. Everything left clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend.
