George started the business in 2013. He works on the tools, takes care of home visits/quotations, responds to enquiries, organises the diary and runs the business.

Lead Engineer - Jove Roberts

Jove is a fantastic team member and joined us in 2021. He is our lead engineer taking care of all aspects of Boiler installation, servicing & maintenance.

Apprentice - Robin Morby

Robin is the newest member of the team and is training as an apprentice.

Engineer - Elliott Swaden

Elliott is a friendly, outgoing person. He takes care of general plumbing, heating & cooling as well as some larger central heating installation projects.

Office Manager - Libby Whitfield

Libby is a happy, positive person and joined us in 2015. She answers the phone, books customers in the diary, responds to emails, looks after our website/social media and manages the team in the office.

Accounts Manager - Deborah Whitfield

Deborah has meticulous attention to detail and joined us in 2013. She takes care of: VAT returns, merchant bills, wages, national insurance & other administrative tasks.
