We are qualified to work on Natural Gas, Oil & LPG. Only Gas Safe engineers can carry out gas safety checks & issue Gas Safety Certificates. As a landlord it is required by law to have every gas appliance in a rented property safety checked or serviced every 12 months, as a homeowner Gas Safe & Whitfield Plumbing & Heating recommend to have your appliances maintained every 12 months. Regular maintenance & servicing will lengthen the life span & prevent your gas appliances from breaking down.

Reminder letters are sent out every 12 months to all of our customers when there gas safety check or service is due. Every time we service or safety check an appliance a Whitfield Plumbing & Heating service reminder sticker is labelled on the boiler clearly stating when the next service or safety check is due.
